A typical Pivotal standup meeting had three items on the agenda: Helps, Interestings, and Events. Helps was for anyone who needed help with a problem. This helped propagate knowledge and expertise across teams and around the office. Events were cross-team things happening around the office - all-hands meetings, tech talk speakers, or meet-ups.
